The Minneapolis VA Health Care System and the Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to attract, develop, and retain people who provide high quality service to our Nation's veterans and their families.

The American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) and the Unions 1969 and 3669 represent employees in strong and productive management labor partnerships. A physicians association represents physician issues to management. This partnership demonstrates a culture of communication and collaboration established by management.
