We achieve this through collaboration with the VA integrated network of SCI/D Centers within the SCI/D Hub and Spoke System of Care.

Vision
The vision of the Minneapolis SCI/D Center is to enhance, maintain and restore functional independence of our patients by promoting participation in home, community life, recreational and vocational pursuits through an interdisciplinary team approach. We will continuously strive for excellence in SCI/D care through quality improvement, research, education and partnership with VA and community resources.
