Minneapolis VA Health Care System is returning to normal outpatient operations at our main facility and VA Community Clinics. We encourage you to contact your health care team so we can partner to optimize your health and address any new needs that may have arisen over the past year.

For patients with diabetes, chronic kidney disease, heart failure or obesity, it is important that you check-in with your health care team to make sure your treatment plan is working.

For Veterans interested in working on a healthier you, our MOVE! Program offers Start Smart classes. Classes in Minneapolis are held on Mondays at 11 a.m. and Thursdays at 1 p.m. via video appointment. Call 612-467-3600 to get scheduled.

A variety of classes are available at the VA Community Clinics. Contact your local VA Community Clinic location to get scheduled.

You can have a visit by video, phone or in person. If you choose a face to face visit, you will be required to wear a mask and maintain social distancing during your in-person appointment. To schedule an appointment, please call 612-467-1100. To check in with your health care team, consider sending a My HealtheVet Secure Message.

If you have not yet received your COVID-19 vaccine, please call 612-467-1301 to schedule your vaccination. Not sure if the COVID-19 vaccine is for you? Consider having this conversation with your health care team and visiting CDC Benefits of Getting a COVID-19 Vaccine.

Not sure whether you’re ready for a virtual visit? Please follow these instructions and complete a test visit from your device.
