This virtual event is presented by Minneapolis VA's Additive Recovery Services Team which will include: discussion on the relationships between psychiatric symptoms and compulsive behaviors (i.e. using chemicals, gambling, internet, porn, etc.); and teaching participants intervention strategies for coping with compulsive behaviors, including how to use the "3 C’s" (Catch-It, Check-It, and Change-It).
