Please join us at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System and participate in a conversation with one of our most accomplished physician-researchers. You will be able to learn the latest developments in spinal cord injury rehabilitation and strategies for recovery.

Dr. Gary Goldish is the Director of Extended Care and Rehabilitation Service Line and Acting Director Gary Goldish, MDof the new Spinal Cord Injury/Disorders Center. He has been working at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System since 1988. He is also Associate Professor with the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department at the University of Minnesota and has been selected teacher of the year six times by the Rehabilitation Residents. He completed his medical school and residency training at the University of Minnesota and is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and in Spinal Cord Injury Medicine. He has published numerous scientific articles in the field of rehabilitation and spinal cord injury medicine. He has also invented several devices aimed at improving outcomes in rehabilitation. Dr. Goldish chaired the committee that originally applied for and received funding to build the SCI/D Center addition at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center.
